Omega II is a balanced counting system: you should have a zero as a result when the last card is dealt from a shoe; if your count total is not a zero it means that your counting was wrong and you made a mistake somewhere during a game.
The principle of Omega II is the same with other counting systems: the higher your positive count is - the higher bet you are welcome to make; if your count total is close to 0 or negative - avoid big bets because the chances to get a high card are rather small for you at such a moment.
Do not forget to count not only your cards but also the cards of other players and a dealer!
